We’re committed to getting your Happy Mushroom Bar order to you quickly, safely, and discreetly. This Shipping Policy explains processing times, shipping options, rates, tracking, international shipping, and what to do if there’s a problem.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed Monday through saturday (excluding public holidays).
- Typical processing time is 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
- During promotions or peak periods, processing may take up to 5 business days. We’ll notify you if there’s a significant delay.
Shipping Methods & Transit Times
We offer the following domestic shipping options (availability may depend on your location at checkout):
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after shipping
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days after shipping
- Overnight/Express Shipping: 1 business day after shipping (orders must be placed by [cutoff time, e.g., 12:00 PM PST] to qualify)
Shipping Rates
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, destination, and shipping method.
- Free standard shipping on all orders over $500 within the continental U.S. (exclusions may apply).
- Flat-rate or discounted shipping for bulk/wholesale orders may be available — contact support for details.
International Shipping
- At this time, Happy Mushroom Bar ships only within the United States. We hope to expand internationally in the future. If you are outside the U.S. and interested in wholesale or distribution, please contact us on life chat
Discreet & Secure Packaging
- Orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging to protect privacy and comply with safety and discretion standards.
- Packaging is designed to protect products from heat, moisture, and damage during transit.
Tracking Your Order
- You will receive an order confirmation email as soon as your order is placed and a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
- If you don’t receive a tracking number within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact support.
Delivery Issues & Lost/Damaged Packages
- If a package is marked delivered by the carrier but you did not receive it, first check around your delivery location and with household members or neighbors. Then contact us on live chat so we can help file a carrier claim.
- For lost or damaged shipments, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and will provide a replacement or refund per our discretion and after claim resolution.
Address Accuracy & Changes
- Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for shipments sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- If you need to change your shipping address, contact us immediately. If the order has already shipped, we may not be able to reroute it.
Undeliverable Orders & Returns to Sender
- If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Reshipment may incur an additional shipping fee.
Age Restrictions & Legal Compliance
- By placing an order, you confirm you are of legal age to purchase our products per local laws and that you consent to receive the items ordered.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure products purchased are legal in the destination jurisdiction. Happy Mushroom Bar is not responsible for seizure of items or legal issues arising from local regulations.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
- For orders shipped within the U.S., customs and duties do not apply.
- If we expand to international shipping in the future, customers will be responsible for any import taxes, duties, or customs fees.
Returns & Refunds Related to Shipping
- Our Returns Policy governs refunds and exchanges. If you receive the wrong item, a damaged product, or the product is defective, contact us within 7 days and include photos where possible. We’ll work to resolve the issue promptly.
